SHIPPING POLICY
We want every order to reach you quickly and fit you well. If anything goes sideways, we sort it out properly. Here is everything you need to know, in plain words.

Dispatch
Orders for items we hold in stock leave us the same day you order, or within 24 hours.
UK delivery

Delivery to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland takes 3 to 4 business days, provided the courier runs without delays.

Orders over £49.85 get free standard delivery.

Orders under £49.85 show the delivery cost at checkout, before you pay.
Next Day Delivery
Choose Next Day Delivery at checkout for an extra cost. Orders placed before 11am arrive the next day. Orders placed after 11am may still arrive the next day, though sometimes they take one extra day, depending on courier collection times.
International delivery
We ship worldwide.

Europe: expected in 6 to 8 days.

Canada, the USA and most western countries: expected in 6 to 10 days.

Free delivery covers UK orders only. Overseas orders pay a delivery cost, shown at checkout before you pay.

Import duties and taxes depend on your country. Some nations charge them and others waive them. If your country applies them, the buyer pays, usually to the courier or customs on arrival. Check your local customs rules before you order.
Sourced On Demand pieces
Some items, including select footwear and shirts, are prepared and sent once you order. These take longer than pieces we hold in stock, and the estimated delivery time shows on each product page.
Group and event orders
Planning a wedding, a groom’s party or a group look? Allow at least 21 working days, and contact us early so we can plan around your date.
Damaged or missing parcels
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you.

Damaged: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We offer a replacement or a refund.

Missing: check your tracking and any safe place the courier may have used. Still nothing? Contact us and we open a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
How to start a return
Fill in the contact form on our Contact page with your order number and the item you want to send back. We reply promptly, because quick communication is what we are known for. Still waiting on a response? Email us at shopseyialiu@gmail.com. We reply with the return details and our return address.
Return rules

Request your return within 14 days of delivery. That is our 14 day money back guarantee.

Send items back in their original condition, unworn, unused and as they arrived.

Free gifts that came with your order are yours to keep. Everything else goes back.

Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on accessories once they are delivered. Check the size, length and finish on the product page before you order.
Refunds

Once your parcel reaches us, we process your return within 3 business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Your bank may take another 3 to 10 working days to show the money in your account.
Clearance items
Clearance is final sale. We offer store credit only, valid for 60 days. Check your size and your choice carefully before you buy.
Wrong or faulty items
Received something different from what you ordered, or something with a fault? This includes accessories. Contact us through the form with your order number and clear photos, and we make it right.
EXCHANGES
Prefer a different size? Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Send the item back in its original condition, unworn, unused and as it arrived, tell us what you would like instead, and we confirm availability with you directly. Accessories are excluded from exchanges for hygiene reasons.
