Buying from us should feel as considered as the pieces themselves. We're a small, hands on brand, which means when you reach out, you're actually talking to us, not a queue or a script. Whether you've got a question before you order, need help choosing a size, or something's not quite right once it arrives, we're here to sort it properly, not just quickly.
We believe trust is built in the small moments, answering honestly when you ask about fit or fabric, being upfront about delivery times, and standing behind what we make. If you ever have a question our FAQ or policies don't fully answer, don't hesitate to reach out directly, we'd genuinely rather hear from you than have you guess.
HYGIENE & ACCESSORIES
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on accessories once they are delivered. This covers our Trims and cowrie pieces, including necklaces, bracelets, anklets, beads and wristbands. Check the size, length and finish on the product page before you order, and contact us if anything is unclear.
Received an accessory with a fault, or the wrong piece? Contact us through the form with your order number and clear photos, and we make it right.

Protecting your personal information is something we take seriously, not just as a legal requirement, but because trust is at the heart of how we want to do business with you.

Planning something bigger than a single order? Whether it's a wedding, a Men in Agbada line-up, a groom's outfit, or any event where a group needs to be dressed together, we're happy to help make it happen.
If you need more of an item than we currently have in stock, or you're coordinating matching pieces for a group, get in touch and we'll talk through what's possible, sizing, timing, and availability, before anything's confirmed.
